Physical Therapy for Whole Body Care

Our cash-based model allows us to focus entirely on your needs. You'll receive a full hour of one-on-one care with an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy, with treatment tailored to your goals, progress, and recovery.

We do not bill insurance directly, but we're happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Initial Evaluation

    Initial Assessment $180

    Every client begins with a comprehensive evaluation where we assess your pain through a whole-body lens, developing a movement diagnosis to identify patterns contributing to your symptoms. From there, we create an individualized plan for healing and long-term injury prevention.

  • Follow-Up Sessions

    Follow-Up Sessions $150

    Follow-up treatments are sessions scheduled after the initial evaluation. They are designed to continue your plan of care as outlined in your initial evaluation. Our goal is to offer the most effective and efficient path to restore your health and physical performance.

  • Dry Needling

    30 Minute Session: $80

    Dry needling sessions may be included in your follow-up treatment but you may book 30 minutes dry needling sessions separately.

    Must have completed an initial evaluation before booking dry needling.

Why Cash Based?

Our model allows us to provide:

  • One-on-one care: Your entire appointment is spent with your physical therapist.

  • Individualized treatment: Your plan is based on your needs and goals rather than insurance restrictions.

  • Continuity of care: You work directly with your Doctor of Physical Therapy throughout your treatment.

  • More flexibility: Your therapist can use the treatments and approaches most appropriate for you.

What Does Cash Based Mean?

We are an out-of-network, self-pay physical therapy practice.
We offer Superbills but do not bill insurance directly
Payment is made at the time of your visit.

Superbills

If you have private insurance, you may have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of your physical therapy costs. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurer directly to understand your out-of-network benefits. Posture Studio cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Please note: Medicare rules are different, and our physical therapy services are not eligible for Medicare reimbursement.

HSA & FSA

You may use HSA or FSA funds to pay for eligible physical therapy services.
