Posture Studio Pilates & Physical Therapy is located in downtown Charlottesville next to Gearhart’s and Staples at 245 Ridge McIntire Road.

• Please Check-In

  • Please check in at the front desk for all Pilates classes or Physical Therapy sessions.

Parking Lot Access

• We have a large parking lot and parking is free.

  • There are designated accessible parking spaces. Please use them as necessary in order to access the ramp for ease of entrance.
