Finding Us & Parking Information

Posture Studio Pilates & Physical Therapy is located in downtown Charlottesville, with two studio entrances in the same building:

• Main Check-In Location (Parking Lot Entrance)

  • Please check in here for all Pilates classes.

  • This entrance is located to the left of The Artful Lodger.

  • New physical therapy patients should also check in here for their first PT appointment.

• Second Studio Entrance (Market Street Entrance)

  • This entrance is used for ongoing physical therapy sessions after your initial visit.

Parking Lot Access

• 14 total spaces

  • 12 spaces reserved for Posture Studio clients (look for spaces marked Posture Studio or Dinner At Home).

  • 2 spaces designated for accessible parking.

Additional Parking Options

• Curbside parking is available directly behind the building.

• More street parking is available along Market Street and nearby side streets leading to the Downtown Mall.
