Yin Yoga on the Wall Workshop

SAVE THE DATE for our first master class in our summer pop up series on Sunday June 24th with Sarah Baugher. This workshop will incorporate the use of the rope wall to explore the practice of yin yoga.

Most forms of movement today are yang: they emphasize muscular contraction. By contrast, yin targets flexibility of the connective tissues. Yin postures are held for several minutes each, offering an opportunity to quiet the mind and reset the body.

The yin practice is especially beneficial this time of year to balance the yang energy of summertime.
