Myo Fascial Release Workshop
Sunday, January 13th | 2–5pm | $75
Simply using 2 Yoga Tune Up balls, unravel tension from your feet to your ears along myofascial lines and meridians (long fibrous pathways of connective tissue that contract and adhere from habitual movement patterns). Unwind and release muscle trigger points and fascial adhesions to experience profound freedom in your body as well as increased ease in your sport, yoga practice, exercise routine and beyond.
This workshop fuses trigger point release, fascial release, restorative aspects of yoga and simple breath-based mindfulness. The result is an enhanced capacity to release tension deep into your fascial layer. With guidance from not one but TWO experienced teachers and practitioners, Liz Reynolds and Faith Levine, you'll get hands on assistance, tons of information on how fascia works and lots of self practice with techniques you can take home with you. Price includes the very highly rated Yoga Tune Up balls to take with you!
